Been a member for over 20+ years and I requested an auto loan that was denied but was never even given so much as a courtesy call back explaining why I was denied. Worst customer service I’ve received in recent memory.

Great experience!!!! 5☆☆☆☆☆ I went to the loan department about getting some help. Me and my family had no heat or ac in our house for almost a week. Loan Officer Jeannie McCoy was great to work with and showed us there still is a reliable Credit Union in Salem Va. Thanks Tim Farmer
