Excellent customer service. Like the previous post. It is Frontier’s lines, just a more affordable service than Frontier and I am no longer getting the frequent disconnects that I had with Frontier. Never going back.

I wouldn’t recommend these guys they charge you 2 separate fees for cable and internet it’s like 200 -300 bucks just to have them come out and screw the the box in the wall I could have did that plus they charge by the speed of the internet …

The technician who installed internet service yesterday, was excellent! He worked quickly, cleared out unnecessary splitters and cable, made as straight and direct a connection as possible. He was amicable, courteous, and explained just enough. I am impressed with the quality and professional service I received.
