E. Colo in the water. Bad.
We’ve been on a boil water order now for several weeks which is longer than Indonesia was after the tsunami.
Rude customer service. Bills before bill is actually due. Doesn’t follow through with making payment after payment was scheduled. Does not send bill for the month, then send $20.00 shut off letter. Overall terrible “Co op” business.
I forgive sallal water even though there was an E-coli contamination. Things
like that happen from time to time with the water. Hopefully it doesn’t
happen again any time soon. 🙂
I wish I could give less than one star. No water until October 1st! Are you kidding me? And they don’t even know how e coli got into the system in the first place ? They need to be shut down and the city of North Bend needs to provide the water.
Staff are super friendly and helpful; I’m in and out of the country a lot and it’s been very easy to get my water turned on/off as necessary.
Outstanding water! Been a customer 20 years now! This is the 1st time we’ve had any problems with the water! I’m sure it will be fixed and back to amazing tasting water soon!
