This group of people has to be one of the lowest forms of humanity on the earth. They apparently don’t understand the dictionary term of what a Customer is. The worst thing about these people is that don’t even pretend to care.
They are the worst to deal with. Horrible customer service, they don’t offer alternatives or options for payments, and the servicemen that have come out to my house have always been so rude. Terrible experience every time, I dread calling them for anything.
Excellent customer service, they try thier best to advise and give you the best deal available for water, sewer and stormwater. Price adjusments if leak is fixed.

I did not switch over service fast enough so I was given 3 hours notice to set up an account. I still did it under the time constraints given to me and water was shut off anyway.
Informed my meter reader that I needed a new lid for the 3 foot hole in which the meter is contained before someone fell in. I have since called three times in the past three months and get a different person each time, who apologizes and promises to get it done and it still hasn’t happened.

I pay over 140.00 a month for water I pay monthly and do get behind but every month they are coming to turn my water off. I got my water turned off when I had made a $140.00 payment less then a month ago. The water company can do this to us because they are the only ones we can go to for water.
On July 1 with a full house of guests ( Defensively self isolating ourselves from COVID 19) I woke up and found that the water pressure was low. At 8:02 AM I called SLCPU about the issue. At 8:19 AM SLCPU called back that pressure issue was fixed. And it was!! There are very few places where Public Utility is so well operated. Thanks.
Marian and Arlene were amazingly helpful from the water department. They emailed back same day with thorough information. Sent someone out same day as well to flush the system. I really appreciated their help!

Just like everything that Salt Lake City runs this is another absolute dumpster fire. If only Salt Lake City was as forceful with the hobos running all over town as they are with utility customers.

This is a horrible utility! Unfortunately you don’t have choices.
They did a great job, finally, putting together my landscaping after they fixed the pipe and water line to my property.
