They need to have ATM outside just like Wells Fargo is more convenient for the customer it’s annoying have to drive far just take money out and makes no sense they need to get with the program!

Both the website and the in-person service at branches are excellent. When we moved out of town, our money stayed at SFFCU, and it’s worked out perfectly. Esp. with their policy re refunding ATM fees. Would recommend SFFCU to anyone. Always better than rapacious megacorp banks.

I really like the San Francisco Federal Credit Union. The staff are invariably helpful, and the call center is able to handle most problems rapidly. They helped me solve a Quicken export problem most recently.
