They made my mother sit outside in the cold while windy. Kept her room really cold. Day nurse was rude and they didn’t feed her the correct food. Nurse complained because my mother had covid. Worst hospital ever
I had my baby here and the nurses were amazing. Literally the best attention ever. L&D staff is great, they actually care about you. This place is a 10/10
I became very sick suddenly while at a restaurant. I knew I should go to the emergency room. My husband drove me to San Gorgonio Emergency Entrance. They came out with a wheelchair and just left me sitting in the waiting room. I was No. 14 in line. No triage whatsoever. DO NOT GO THERE if you’re having an emergency.
They take their time in the ER calling people, they call one person like every couple hours it’s sad because people are in the ER with pain and they take their time. The only way they start calling people is if the ER waiting room starts …

The hospital has improved by 100% from what it use to years ago. The entire staff are terrific both in ER and the rest of the hospital. Pleasant, but very professional.
It’s urgent care, not a spa. It’s not super fast but it’s gets done. Not a fan of sitting people with a sinus infection next to someone actively vomiting, triage is not their strong suit. But the doctors and nurses know what they’re doing.. …
