  2. Never go to ER in this hospital ,poor service, all staff they don’t care about you only care for you signature , all then they need to know what means emergency an not the patients need to wait for hours to see Dr. For Lees than 10min an over charge for nothing.

  3. The worst hospital i have ever been too they dont care about the patient its all about the money its a jokethis place sucks and some of the nursing staff couldn’t work as a veterinarian assistant

  5. This hospital used to be the best out of the 3chere in Santa Rosa. Now they are as equally sub par as the other 2.
    Conclusion….all three hospitals here are horrible.😪 …

  6. Worst Hospital, nurses are so rude, they don’t care about the patient’s or family, I had to wait 1 hour to know if my mom was ok after a car accident, but they did have time to drink Coffe ,when I finally was able to get in, my mom was in a lot of pain out side waiting for a room.

  7. I just had a Colonoscopy done there and EVERYONE was VERY nice to me no problems.BUT like most people said STAY OUT of the ER. You will wait for many hours there.Like at least 8-12 hours.Go to Sutter much better wait time.

  8. I just had a hip replacement here a d my surgeon dr stein was as amazing amazing at the group of people who took care of me not one bad star they were at the top of my game I’m even missing them while I write this so thank you everyone for your caring loving bedside manner(Jeff. Triston) thank u

  9. I think people are most inclined to write reviews to vent a negative experience. Those have happened to me elsewhere and need to be heard. Alas, so they won’t skew popular Google statistics: My life was spared at Memorial in a diety-like fashion. They were amazing.

  10. I’m so glad I live close by to such an amazing trauma center. The previous review about someone going to the ER for a paper cut makes me worry about their assessment skills of an “emergency”.

  11. Well I don’t know if that okay or not , the pain is killing me , and I was in the ER since 3am and now 7am and I haven’t seen by doctor yet . I don’t know what is the benefit of visiting ER . It m more than five hrs and I am still waiting. I called them 3 time and the doctor doesn’t com .

  12. They are always rude to me and they take forever to do anything around here…. The RN Kriten is super rude to patients. They just seem to work on their own time around here. They have not checked in with me in over an hour and I’m still waiting to get released. I hate this hospital

  13. Well Kids I am FINALLY recovering from surgery to repair an abdominal breach (hernia) that their ER docs have denied even existed for over TWENTY years! My surgeon had read the reports and viewed the CT Scan’s imagery and lockstepped with …

  15. Thank you to all the Doctors, nurses,RTs and other medical staff that took care of my dad from the ER to ICU to the covid unit. My dad has since recovered and at home now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  17. Everytime I go for whatever reason the nurses and staff are always there for me. A few bad experiences doesn’t outweigh all the positives I’ve received there.

  18. I give it one star for the brave nurses still working there. Nurses lack help in toileting patients, place is dirty with overflowing laundry hampers, you can hear everything through the walls. bed alarms, iv pumps, angry patients. You don’t sleep. Need I say more. So sad.

  19. Fantastic medical facility its hard to trust any other facility after experiencing the excellent care i was given by the drs and staff at this hospital due to a severe case of pneumonia 5 years ago ,They also treated my cigarette addiction i haven’t smoked since

  24. I’m writing this review because I saw some of the remarks and I am of a different opinion. My brother a few months ago came down with pneumonia and it lead to sepsis. They saved his life and the entire staff at memorial was amazing.

  25. A dog bite me at Jan 25th 6pm. And then policemen save me and then send me to this hospital. The doctors and nurses treated on me very quickly and gave me a tetanus shot and pain relief pill . they’re look like my family people. I took off …

  28. Very long wait in the emergency room. Doctors and staff were cordial, can’t complain about that. The bill I received, even though I have insurance, is insane. The bill for a CT Scan, blood and urinary test were $14,081. The insurance …

  34. This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been in. Now Providence took over you can’t get a radiology appt without holding for an hour and being disconnected. Go to Sutter if you can. Had back surgery there it was a nightmare.

  35. Memorial hospital healthcare has always been stellar…that is UNTIL all of their new “unitized” changes where doctors were moved into commune-like offices. We can’t get appointments until August, their c ok computers are so messed up we can’t get RX’s filled. Not good.

  48. Incompetent to say the least. My family member is in this hospital after an accident. Understandably with covid concerns I am not allowed to visit. However I was told that I could bring him an overnight bag with items he needs. I drove an …

  49. This was a truly disturbing experience. Family members had to wait in the car, no communication, very rude front desk. My best experience was with the security guard! Shockingly cold and even incorrect information from the receptionist.

  50. I recently gave birth and had to take my baby to memorial for some blood work on Friday because one of his blood tests was abnormal. Long story short they didn’t follow the directions given by our pediatrician for the blood draw so we had …

  56. Worst hospital ever! The nurses are terrible and try to make you feel stupid. The specific nurse that I got during intake had no common sense and was blaming me for my medical problem. She has no common sense at all.

  57. I gave birth here a year ago as a Santa Rosa birth center transfer and was treated horribly. I was given anesthesia I did not consent to, denied the gas and air I asked for, kept from contacting my midwife, laughed at and insulted while in …

  58. Santa Rosa Memorial hospital’s patient rooms aren’t ADA Compliant or Wheelchair accessible!! Arguing with nurses about a usable restroom, while being sick and in pain shouldn’t be an issue! The OR and ER are great. High turnover for nurses? …

  59. The staff at this location for the Acute Rehab Center are rude and apathetic and told my hearing impaired friend that they could not spend “so much time on one patient admittance”. No return phone calls from Liaison and the temporary social worker was so rude…if you expect customer service this is not a good place to get it..

  60. My husband David Parker was in your hospital for 6 days. It was miserable for him and for me. The communication skills of everyone there were lacking. The worst thing was they sent him home with a catheter and urine bag was attached to his leg with no instructions on what to do with it.

  61. My mother who is in “end of life” stage of cancer was treated so amazing here. The staff went above and beyond professional care but also showed empathy to us and friends. Listen! This hospital loved my mother like we do. I have nothing but …

  62. Had surgery and high blood pressure nurse changed it by hand to release me, with drain still pouring out blood. Went into ER a week or so later cause of choking. I sat in ER for 5 hrs not seen, cause people symptoms where worse then mines, even if its a complication from my surgery.

  65. Don’t even want to give you that one star. Bad for an appointment cuz it will be late. Think of 2 hours of waiting just for an MRI when you have an appointment. No administrators in the hospital. You got a complaint you got a problem oh well there it’s going to roll up Hill backwards. And I didn’t get my MRI.

  66. Scheduled for a full hip replacement on 7/21. After easy registration I was in the care of Flor, Nanette & Leo who were efficient and calm. Met my anesthesiologist Dr Watson & surgeon Dr Smith beforehand who were reassuring. All staff We’te pleasant, helpful. Food was very good, great experience!!

  72. My Mother was in the Telemetry unit and, as her DPOA for healthcare, it would have been nice if they let me know before they moved her to another floor last nite, as they promised.

  73. Unpleasant in so many ways. Doctors and nurses in the waiting room giving patients their discharge instructions for everyone to hear. No privacy and so many HIPPA violations. You are triaged by a nurse who just blanket orders things before ever seeing a doctor.

  74. Very selfish hospital that hides under the banner of Christian setting. After doing 6 years in the Army , I completely BSN and worked 5 months out of state, when it was time to come back to my community in Santa Rosa, I interviewed and the …
