Satilla Regional Water & Sewer Authority (GA) Reviews ( 12 )

  1. Paid my water bill at 8:14am this morning and they didn’t come cut the water back on and they’re closed for the weekend it’s horrible that they would do this during a pandemic

  2. Simply ruthless about late payments. Cuts your water off just to make you shell out more money for their exclusive monopoly on the water market. Got home to realize my payment hadn’t gone through and now I can’t take a shower and have to …

  3. I’m on limited budget due to the pandemic and they refuse to give you an extension for 4 days to the end of the month, they say that Ga power uses the same policy which isn’t true because Ga power hasn’t turned my power off yet due to the …

  4. It is my opinion Satilla Regional Water and it’s Director (Henry McLaughin) support an overly aggressive policy regarding a missed or late payment. Basically the policy provides a late fee ($5.00), Service CUT OFF and reconnect fee ($15.00) …

  5. This is the worst company to do business with. If I could use a different water company I would. They have charged fees from the first time I started using them. I had my water cut off due to I was out of town and it was Thanksgiving. Also …

  6. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. I have never had an issue with anyone that works there or receiving the information or customer service that I needed. 7. I wonder why more people aren’t outraged that SWRSA charges a “flat rate” for their sewer use based solely on how much water a household uses. They don’t actually measure how much water goes out and is treated. We water our garden, …

  8. Good paying customer for over 15 years. No bill, no notice, little POS comes out in a pick up truck to disconnect for 5seconds and charge me 90 plus dollars to reconnect . Bill is never over 14 dollars ever. …

  9. Monopolies should be illegal, even for utilities, & this company is a good reason why. If I had literally ANY other choice for water & sewer I would choose that option, literally any single other choice over this horrible company. They are …

  10. Absolutely an atrocious company that still operates as if it were 1970. I learned that if you forget to pay a bill then after 10 days they will cut off your water with NO WARNING. Now, not paying a bill is absolutely my fault, but no …
