Prime example of why you don’t A, use a for profit bank and not a credit union and B, a local one. Stupidly refinanced our vehicle through savi. Online bill pay in 2021? Nahhh. Trying to pay it off and they want us to jump through a million hoops. If you’re going to do local, do a credit union.
