They literally act like they don’t want me to make a payment they make it so hard to find out information and won’t answer simple account questions and god forbid they know what being pleasant means.

Not all banks are the same when it comes to service. Scott Credit Union has the friendliest staff who are focused on one thing… YOU the member.
This is the worst place to get any kinda loan through. They are very rude and disrespectful when you call to talk to anyone, that is if you even get a hold of anyone at the time you call. If you plain on getting any kinda loan through them, I would do research before hand.
They’re rude, terrible, judgemental people. I’ll never do business with them again, and I urge anyone else to not do business with them either unless you want to get screwed over a loan for no reason.

Worse place even to get a loan. They call you 6 months after they start charging you for insurance while never notifying you of a change in your account! Don’t do it you will regret!

Lauren, at the Edwardsville branch was very helpful and courteous to me. I had an issue with a vehicle title that did not get mailed to me by their title company. Lauren took care of it in about 5 minutes and I had the title in hand 2 days later.
