When we called the bowlingreen office with a question the young lady was very rude. They need to train their employees on customer service.

If they decide they want to pick up your trash they do, if not, it just sits on the street until they get good and ready to come get it. Knocked over the brick that sit on either side of the driveway and then lied about doing it, I yelled at them, they just drove away.

They toss your cans wherever they want. They lost my trash lid but didn’t care. They alwaus come at 4 for us but decided once in two years to come before 9 a.m.. Bits of trash can be found all over the sidewalk and road when they’re finished. Terrible company.

Called 4 Times to pay my bill and no-one ever returned my call then picked my can up so I called on again and was able to pay that way call them week later for them to tell me id have to pay additional fees to get my can back! If they would of returned one of my previous calls the bill would of been paid before the can was picked up!
