Been a customer for 14 years. I rarely have a problem but when I do, a short call to them and the problem is solved on the spot. A human being always answers the phone on the second ring and there’s never been a hassle. Feels like I’m their only customer.
They locked you in a contract and automatically deliver oil without any disclosure! I asked them to cancel the contract and they ignored our request. The lady is the rudest person I have ever spoken to.
My central air suddenly stopped working and it is 86 degrees out! A technician came out within two hours of my call, removed the mouse nest that built up inside the unit, and got our ac back up and running! And was extremely nice!
