Way too expensive, it was posted that if you don’t have insurance its 90.00 a visit. I do have insurance and receive a bill of 135.00 even after my insurance was filed.
Dr. Ismail will not follow through with your prescriptions until you find another doctor after he changes insurance so he can fire you. He abandons you.
The doctor is very impersonal. He does not review medical records. He does not care about his patients, I have been to his office two times and never had a physical exam of any kind . He has never addressed on my medical issues. I would not even have given him one star nor would I would suggest this doctor to anyone!!
I really like the fact that they take walk ins, but if you have insurance than you will end up paying way more out of pocket. Also I took my son and he keep referring to him as a girl, my husband even corrected him twice, made me wonder if he had the right chart or even took time to read it.

I’m not impressed. I went with my friend for whom I am medical power of attorney and the doctor was quite rude. It was a follow up appointment after leaving the hospital the days prior and he asked NO questions about recovery, nor did any type of examination or care. The whole thing was a waste of time.
I have had this doctor (Ismail)for several years. He has treated a variety of issues from infections to dizzy spells. He is reserved and does not talk when it is not necessary. I feel like he is a good doctor that cares for his patients. And yes, he definitely looks at patient records.

Very professional and listens carefully to your concerns. This Doctor is a very good internist. I have never had a problem with long wait or anything.
