Ok this site is really good. But it should provide more information for companies who basically wrote the laws, like Kmart. noway they should be able to walk away with all the money and let our Government take the fall. We all end up paying. WOW
Sears Master Protection Agreement is an expensive trip into twilight zone. Pricey Samsung range not serviceable since July. Now at nine service visits and twice that many long yet fruitless calls – and range still not working.
