Literal banking garbage. They lie about stuff too. They got rid of real human interaction and now you talk to atm screens. Stay away from them they aren’t what they used to be.

Very disappointed in the changes of the credit union. I do understand keeping up with the times, but the face to face contact with friendly tellers has always been something that has drawn me here. Going to virtual teller type status is the pits! So long Seasons!

Had no problems with my auto loan
I like the services the credit union provides. I just don’t like the teller situation now it via a machine and sometimes they service this branch and another branch which makes the wait even longer for teller services. Bring back real people in house. I miss the human interaction not via a computer screen.
Don’t get your car loan from them, they are horrible. Still sending payment books, no app have to go online to website and its not user friendly and if your payment is due on the 1st and you pay on the 1st they won’t process your payment …
I’dve been a member since 1995…..when it was a teachers credit union. The customer service has deteriorated every year. I’m d change banks but I’d have to set up bill pay from scratch and that would be a huge project. Such a shame they use to be the best bank. It’s a lot volume of customers not quality of service
Very upset with the introduction of “improvements” and virtual tellers and forcing us to use the ATM like teller. If I wanted to use an ATM, I would get an ATM card. I will be looking into other Credit Union that has human interaction with my banking needs, thank you very much.
