Usually with a prepaid account if you get disconnected and put money on the account it comes right back on this time it is not the guy on the phone says it can take several hours if I lose my little bit of food in the fridge cause they wont turn it back on I will deliver them the bad food personally
They have hired out a company to trim trees and they have just butchered my tree. The cut everything from the ground up and know I have just a half a tree.
Just had to make 4 attempt to do the automated payment cause it kept saying that it was continuing to gather information then after they disconnect my power was my payment able to go through if that aint messed up
I am almost positive this is the company trucks I just saw on Hwy. 1 out of Donaldsonville La in the pouring down rain trying to get us some power!! My prayers and blessings to these guys! Thank ya so much for the work you do !!!!

Our power went out today at about 3:30pm by 4pm they were here fixing it in force along with spectrum who showed up because of the outage kudos to both. Seco cares about their customers it has be shown not just this time but a few other time the whole 10 years I have been with them.
Power went out at about 9 pm, SECO website was down as well, and as wel know you can never reach a live body via phone. It is now 345am still no power, and no estimate of repair. SECO has a monopoly in south clermont, so we are just stuck with no customer service and no power. Thanks SECO.

I know there are a lot of complaints. I almost had one, but, it was not SECO who was at fault. It was the inspector who said he contacted them to turn back on the power. However this year (2010) they have dropped the ball. More outages even when it is not a storm.
