  1. Thank you, Christy, for the excellent personable and professional customer service. Very few service interruptions in the years I’ve been with Secom. Tech support is fast and helpful with problem solving. I highly recommend this company.

  15. I had one issue when I first got their service about 4-6 months into it but it was quickly resolved and have had perfect service since. No complaints and am very happy with their service. Costumer service was fine and they helped me with anything I asked them about.

  30. Almost any other internet service is better than this. Half the day you get 56k modem speeds and the other half there’s basically no connection. You’ll be paying a lot more than any other service for a connection that’s worse than tethering your phone for internet. Ping times above 800ms are common.
