The folks I’ve talked to are fine and helpful. But it’s taken over four days to fill a simple and inexpensive prescription. They want to use something different. We are mostly satisfied with the plan with the big exception that the coverage for eyeglasses has not changed at all. We are now paying out over triple out of pocket, cuz the plan will not raise that coverage for eyeglasses, and the few places (3) we can go to will not let us use any sale prices.
