Security Water District provides drinking water to about 19,000 residential and business customers within our service area, which includes Security and … See more
Shut off the water because previous owner didn’t let them know they sold the house. Won’t turn it back on until previous owner parts their final bill. This is ridiculous!
These guys are constantly double billing us, and then they act like its my fault that they dont keep good records, it’s a good thing that I do or they would be cleaning up my bank acct.
This is the worst water company I’ve seen in any state or country that I have lived in. The list of things that are wrong with this company are too numerous to count but the highlights are poor customer service, contaminated water, outdated technology, and poor operating procedures. Someone needs to drain the swamp there.
First off moving around the USA being in the military I have had my fair share of water companies. This one is the worst out of 17 states, I see an unorganized group that have systems that date back to the 90s! Horrible
Came home from running errands to no water. They turned off the wrong house for delinquent payment. They even wrote the address for the house they were actually looking for on the door hanger. Apparently you don’t have to pass kindergarten math to work here
I’ve never had a water bill this high in my entire life! Unbelievable! You’d think Evian is coming out of the facets. No idea how they get away with charging this much. Crooks.
The lady in here is so rude. She asked me so many questions…. what is it her business if I rent or own or if I have more than one property??? All that should matter is if I come into your raggedy ass building to give you my hard earned …
I LOVE the Security Water District. They have always worked with me. Feels like a small town vibe and the staff is really friendly (even when shutting off your water for non-payment).
They ripped up Cody Dr for weeks, causing very inconvenient detours to Bradley Rd. Then, because the crew they hired was slacking, they didn’t finish the project. The street is still all ripped up at Cactus/Cody. There’s a ton of muddy …
Said they were going to shut off my water because they needed to do maintenance on my water meter that was not a loss to them but me. Made an appointment, had to reschedule. Shut my water off anyways. Between this and drinking their poisoned water for years, I’m done. Yes, I said poisoned water, look it up.
So I’m assuming widefield water is drained for money that supports this water company or the employees are stealing!
Their systems are so old, the people that work their act like it’s a privilege …
No automatic bill pay- this is a military town and people travel and deploy regularly, lets get with the times! Starting an account was a complete hassle, both due to their regulations about previous owners, exhaustive customer information …
You don’t have enough room on here, so I will highlight as much as I can. First off, I’ve lived in Security most of my life, (1973). When we bought our home back in 1992, the previous owners owed a bill and we had to pay it before we could …
This company for the last 3 yrs has charged properly. Has always been cordial and informative. I really do not know what people are complaining about. I read the 1 stars and really people. Manage your finances or move to another district. I have had zero problems with this public service in the last 3 yrs.
Wow shut off my water not due to not paying its due to not remembering to call them after working 12 hours im sorry sould I take a day off of work so you can fix something that you only want to take care of and not me? Think about it its 2022 get over yourself
I called today to discuss putting the water in my name for a house I just bought. The guy I talked to on the phone was extremely rude with me , and stated that the previous owners had not settled their bill and that it needs to be done or I …
One of the worst water companies I have delt with. Customer service reps are not friendly. Seriously outdated systems. You have to go to the office to sign and transfer account from landlord to renter. Also they will turn the water off when switching back until bill is paid. Last part makes sense but still strict.
wow! tried to pay online. never saw such a high fee! nearly 10 bucks! coupled with the dismal customer service and contaminated water issues – your reputation is looking more like the city of Flint everyday. …
Great customer service. Every time I’ve called or gone in they have been very friendly and helpful. I am glad they have finally added online bill payment. They do need some updates to their tech and policies since I had a tenant not pay …
Been with them since 1998. The service guys are great. Their office staff has always been rude. A year or so ago, I got a ridiculously high bill. Higher than I’ve ever had before. It was in March. When I called to tell them something was …
Office staff- specifically Don and Diane- are incredibly rude and dismissive. I feel sorry for anyone who needs to interact with them in order to get the help and solutions they need.
I’m a plumber, and this is by far the worst utility company I’ve ever had to deal with. Over half the time I request an emergency shut off, they don’t even put anything in their service logs. The office staff are extremely rude, and about half of their technicians are just as bad.
Customer sercice oriented.
Awesome staff!!! Always so friendly and helpful. Thank you !!!
This company is garbage, avoid if at all possible
I like Security Water & Sanitation …. they’re very friendly and professional!
These guys only care about money they are incredible rude over the phone and have no people skills at all
Staff that works there are very rude, bad at customer service. If you have an issue they cannot help and very rude when you call.
3.99 to pay a bill online!! That is more an ATM! Kick Rocks.

Can you please take down your water tower it ruins the view of the mountains or at least paint it a camouflaging color?

Very outdated policies – staff is friendly but ineffective.
I have 2 rental properties in this district and for whatever reason – the staff …
