This service was already available when I purchased the home. They connected service and started billing however the customer service department never answers and when I tried to cancel they informed me I signed a 5 year contract that I was never informed of. SEi is quick to call when whenever the alarm at our office goes off. Most of the time the alarm is mistakenly set off by an employee. The one time there was a security issue, SEi was quick to notify the police.
