Got tested more than a week ago and still haven’t got any results back even though I requested the results through their website 3 times already… what is the point of waiting 3 hours in line?
It’s been a week and have not been able to get my results nor have I been able to get in touch with anyone in this regards. It is very unfortunate after waiting in line for hours to get tested.
