Still no mobile application to pay your bill. If you pay over the phone they charge you an additional $3.50. Your payment method is not convenient at all! Nobody carries around a checkbook anymore to pay using their checking or savings account . You need to step up with the times and be more convenient for your customers.

They have been patient with me during this COVID ordeal and have accommodated me with help in giving me a few days extra to pay my bill.
