Just called and got voicemail. The voicemail message give a number to contact someone in case of and emergency. I called back the 1st number twice for the emergency number and someone picks up the phone and hangs up.
Called to request a fax number to return a fax received at our company, spoke to Celia Roman, she would not share the fax number, advised me to disregard document. Not really customer friendly.
No one ever answers the phone or respond to fax, I canceled the insurance by informing them by fax and they still sending me bills and they even sent me to collections though I canceled the insurance 5 months ago .
GREG POLSKY is the nastiest, rudest, most disrespectful person i have ever had call. For a second i thought this was some random person asking why a letter was sent to him and not some professional. After i asked for a letter confirming his verbal denial on something, he completely denied and went on to mock me. It was THE WORST. smh.

Terrible. Our condo building HOA had a policy with Seneca for multiple years, and they actively tried to drop us as customers before eventually refusing to take our money, despite us having made no claims. Would strongly recommend avoiding Seneca.
