Tracy city TN office has the rudest non understanding staff as opposed to the Dunlap TN office which are compassionate and friendly.

They refused to apply my deposit to my final bill. They said the $200 deposit got miscalculated and was credited on my first bill but could not show me where. I only had service for 10 months and the bill was paid in full on time every month. Ill be paying on this bill at a rate of $1 per month now.
They make it very confusing on how to pay your electric and internet bill. Your electric and internet bills are paid through two seperate apps instead of a single convient place. They are quick about getting power outage fixed.
Both employees that I interacted with during my visit were very friendly and helpful. The building is clean and well maintained. We were in and out in only a few minutes. I will definitely visit this location again to do business in the future.

Complete joke. Had to wait weeks for internet to be installed house was already pre-wired. Tech came in and out in less than 30 mins. Customer service was decent but you think there would be common sense somewhere that shows house was pre-wired by them already how annoying…
