Absolutely the worst internet service ever. You get maybe half the speed that you pay for which is already overpriced to begin with, then you hardly ever have a stable connection, even with a direct connection.
Our experience with Service Electric service has been 100% satisfactory, even a bit beyond that. Call during business hours, because the offhours coverage from PenTeleData was not so good.
They are not consistent and they’re customer service sucks I was in the process of moving I still have my equipment at the time my bill was only 56 dollars a month. I called to reconnect it now it’s way more and they want to charge me every month for my equipment blah. Rediculous.
Abaosultey terrible customer service. Awful internet connection. I pay 75/mo for 50 mbps and I never ever had the full 50mbps (speed tester) and that’s only when the internet decides to work. I also get charged 10/mo extra because I don’t have cable with them. Terrible company. Stay away if you can.
Every customer service experience is trash. Always on hold for 20 minutes to get nothing accomplished.
I thought it would be different if I visited the site for a paid in full receipt, very rude. Generic cable company won’t be in service for that long at this rate.
Cable went out on 12/7 as the company switched to digital and you need a new converter box. Customer service replied box was then ordered and will take 1-3 weeks to receive; Noted that must have been computer error? Computer never errs pre-billing me every month before I receive service. Very poor. Very sad. 12/15, still no service.
With Service Electric, it takes me 3 days of constant running of my PC to download a 60 GB game. With Xfinity, it takes me a solid 15 – 20 minutes. Service Electric is hands down the worst internet provider around. Don’t even get me started …
