Had a remote that stopped working but (because office closed –Covid 19) I had to spend what seemed an eternity jumping from bot to bot asking all kinds of other questions not related to “bad remote” need replacement which is pretty common …
My farther seems to ALWAYS have issues with him home phone. Whats worse if the customer service is absolute horrible. The hold times are outrageous just to get someone on the phone to speak to anyone and the phone service itself is unreliable at best!
It is Saturday @ 3:30PM. I AM VERY UPSET my regular channels are not working. They are going in and out.i can’t believe I can’t watch my games and special shows. Please fix it immediately. 🙏
