The offer some of the lowest interest rates in town but it comes with a price… your patience. It is extremely painful to open an account or make any changes as everything has to be done in person on paper.

Right off the bat, they tried to charge me $6,000.00 for a refinance….I went to another company after not feeling good about it and got $2,500.00. Not cool service First!

Worst bank in the Sioux Falls area by far. They are predatory and will take advantage of you in any way that they can.

Ive been banking with service first for years now. I canot say that i have ever had a bad moment with them. They have helped me through hard times.and turned them into good times. Everyone ive met that works there over the years have been upbeat and courteous. Kudos to you all.

Just started banking there 3 months ago. My credit was terrible helped me fix that. I needed a new car helped me get that. I needed a bank accout (because everyone says everyone neededs a bank account (common myth)) and they got me set up with one.
