  1. What bank or business is “open” but not if you live 45min from your branch and need to speak on the phone. Open is open and you should be available to your customers to provide them the service they pay you for

  2. It would have been nice to deal with one person for the making of this loan. As it was I had to talk to a different person every time there was an issue, and they never had seemed to have communicated with each other. So, a lot of needless time was spent.

  3. I have banked here since I moved to SLO in 2006. I’ve never had an issue with my accounts. The customer service has always been great. I recomend them to everyone that asks.

  4. Worst customer service, decent rates on loans if your credit is worthy. They use outdated business protocols, apps and services. Nightmare if you are a progressive business person geared for 2020.
