Had a shower modified for wheelchair accessibility. One guy worked. One guy on his phone. Job was done a week late. Cut drain hole too big and filled it with thinset instead of fixing properly. Tiles caved in. Came back and did the same thing. Tiles caved in again. Ended up fixing it myself. I wouldn’t let them build my dog a house.
