0.60 mbps download speed and 1.75 mbps upload speed on an LTE network that should be running at least 10 mbps download speed?…. you know it’s bad when a 1 minute video buffers 15 times on 3 out of 4 bars of signal even if it’s during peek hours.
Needed internet for Mother at her new address. The process was painless. The technicians arrived on schedule and Mom is happy – perfect.

Internet speed is great but their refusal to change my ip address knowing about me being under DDoS attacks for the last week is pretty poor in service I think.

Called about fiber internet had it hooked up in about week an 1/2, an it’s great no buffering, we ordered Netflix work just like changing chanel an starts right up thank you Shawnee

It did take me a while to get my internet installed, but they worked through the process with me. The customer service rep was wonderful and answered my questions along the way. Very attentive.
Getting and returning the application was a bit difficult or I would have given them a 5. What kind of internet provided can’t send and receive an application by email? But the instillation appointment was scheduled for the next day, and the service tech was very polite and professional. I give him a 5+!

The overall experience was good. They ran the li e from the road to a junction box at my property and then 2 weeks later they came out and hooked me up on the house. The Tech was in and out and it was pretty simple to connect to the wifi. So far signal is good and no issues. They did a great job.

3 trips to install. Splicer could’ve put in modem. Not much communication about what infrastructure would be installed. Im happy with service i just wish more communication with new customers

Service installation was great. Technician was very proficient and answered all questions that we had. The weather had been rainy and he was kind enough to remove his work boots every time he entered the house. Everything was set up and explained when he left.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They got everything setup and my service on within a week. So far the service seems to be good. We have 2 smart phones and use 1 of 2 smart televisions so I have the small internet package.

Very efficient and quick to install service. Some major digging and relocating of pads & pedestals were needed; this was accomplished within two days. The line-installer, Matt xxxxx, was very informative and offer options for routing the line. Wiring for a camper is the most challenging. A very positive experience.
