They do not check your benefits and quote you a false copay so ensure that you are certain of your copay before you have several sessions and are back charged a much higher rate. The sessions were not helpful enough to consolidate for the money they’re taking from me. Thank you for only making matters worse for me.

Absolutely the best experience I have had with therapy. Everything was completely explained as far as billing and the therapist was top notch. This is the only therapist I’ve been to who made me feel like they really care about my issues and they have been a tremendous help to me.
My experience here has been amazing. There is no judgment, and it feels like I’m talking to a best friend. If it was 2AM and I had a flat tire, I wouldn’t be shocked if they came to help. They definitely set the bar for how therapy should be!
Can’t even get a call to schedule after waiting for days. Put on hold or told they’ll call me back. Plus, they’re rude. Cut you off midsentence. I can’t keep waiting, so I’m going elsewhere. It’s not asking too much that a place like this …
