Horrible customer service, unreliable. Don’t accomplish a task when you call. Instead they charge you for their mistakes. Wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone.
With all of the ice and snow out there, Shelbyville power and it’s team are out there working hard. Taking the extra steps to make sure it’s members are taken care of. Thanks Justin and crew!
ALWAYS So helpful! ALWAYS Understanding! I had someone run over the pole and knock my wires down they came out with in 15 Min after I called. Customer Service for helping in billing is top notch! Always willing to work with you if you need to pay a few days late or have some questions always friendly and willing to listen!!
I hate this power company y and the people that work there no remorse what’s so ever I lost my job and can’t pay my bill so they are not going to allow me to make an arrangement only to oay in full this place is horrible and has horrible customer service. They used to work with people but not any more they are complete trash.

the web site wont let me pay the bill, i have asked multiple times to be put on auto pay and every time i call i’m met with rudeness.
