Good for loans and the people are nice but if you have any problems after business hours you are out of luck. They have no way to be reached if you have an emergency with your account you have no options.

I’ve had my card for 35 years and it’s still just as perfect as the day I got it.
In the beginning they started out good. After a few months attitudes was bad, and every customer service rep have they own rules and regulations. Negative 1 star.

I have been going there for years, today I decided to go through the drive thru and the teller Stephanie was the rudest teller I have ever ran across. I wouldn’t have her work with customers( maybe that’s why the banks hides her in drive thru) She is going to run off customers if you keep letting her .
