  13. Possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Was left without heat for 11 days, and only fixed because I called a contractor. Service Contract wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. On the occasions I had service personnel on-site, half were professional, half were rude or incompetent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

  26. My experience with this energy company is similar to most. One expects to be able to rely on the supply, get a fair price and be able to pay on-line with little difficulty. Shipley does those. not much more needs saying.
