Scheduling nightmare. I told them a date they needed. They gave me a different date that I had told them would not work. When I rescheduled, they came back with another date, two weeks after I needed it done. Horrible service. Horrible company.
One of the worst shredding services around. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. They will bill you for service which they never did. Customer Service is horrendous- they will never call you back. Oh and lets not forget the yearly 15$ service cost raise.

We have been using Shred-it for about 8 years now and although I have had many calls from other companies offering the same service but had refused them all. Shred-it takes care of our professional needing for getting rid of sensitive paper information.
Unfortunately instead of just giving them payment over the phone and picking a date, this place contracts it out and makes you wait for a call back from their dispatch in 2 days, and then you need to set up in their client portal. A huge pointless burden on a 1 time customer.
Our company uses Shred-it and the Shred-it professionals are always polite – timely – friendly. Our documents are being recycled for the greater good which Shred-it provides a monthly view to see how many trees we are saving this great earth. They are patient and understanding!

Do not use this company. For God’s sake don’t use them. Some of the worst service I ever have recieved. I used them for two months and I canceled because there service was so frustrating.

Shred-It has service our apartment communities office for over 4 years and has done an excellent job with being professional, timely and they always provided information on the trees we save which helps in our corporate reporting on our participation in recycling.
