Their customer service is absolute dreck. If you have a question, any question at all, good luck getting someone on the line. You’ll hear a message that says no one is available at this time (repeatedly). Then, you’ll be forwarded to a mailbox that is full and no longer receiving messages. NO ONE will answer, ever.
This is one of the worst banks you can open an account with, they don’t have over draft protection, there online service are constantly undergoing maintenance, and purchases don’t reflect immediately on your account. I know several people who have banked with Signal Financial who changed banks.
