Worst customer service and website!! They have technical issues with their website, the address you entered is not corresponding to the zipcode they generate. Trying to send email and no response. Then called, their customer service is so terrible, and all services done by speaking on the phone!! R your company from mid 70s???
Big fan of CCAs, but SVP had multiple problems with payments and the customer service agents repeatedly failed to correct the problem. Only when I said I was switching back to PG&E did they start to fix the issue.

Just called and spoke Victoria, she’s extremely unprofessional and needs some training. Complete smart alic. Could not answer simple questions and said “you want you monthly charges you can log into your account” (with bad attitude). Other lady with thick Indian accent was helpful and answered my questions immediately.
