I call every month to make payment and they are always nice.
There is a drive up USPS Mailbox at this location. Picks up Mon-Sat at 10:30 am.
Have had no issues, and my rate has been super low. Lowest water bills I have ever had.
They have a board that oversees them however everything is very secretive with them and the ones working there most are married and family.

It’s difficult to get them to do what they say. I’ve never had a late payment and have been waiting for two and a half months to get the deposit of $150 refunded to me. They do not care because they do not have to care… They have no competition. Being rude seems to be encouraged!

I’ve never had a problem with SCWC in the 10 years I’ve been with them. Water pressure is always very good. No brown water like another local company. Customer service has always been friendly. Absolutely no complaints here.
