Do not use the dental clinic. They make a practice of overbilling. When they are called on it they reply; It is our normal procedure to bill for redundant procedures and if your insurance rejects the claim it will be at your expense.

This is my medical facility great doctors and nurses…..they have just about everything a person needs, doctors, nurses, lab, dental, and pharmacy.
They were helpful when I need to set up an account for my baby girl to take her to urgent care.
It’s says on the website they open at 8am and I called right at 8:03 and no one answer I was on hold until 9:10am and no answer I just ended hanging up n taking him to the ER horrible. My doctor always said to call him first but damm no one ever answer I never been on hold for so long horrible service
for the most part Siouxland Community Health Center seems to know what they were doing. The staff is generally friendly, with good personalities.
It was a great experience for my nephew who is a diabetic. Not only did he see the MD but she set him up with a diabetic specialist.
I always took a friend here to see her Dr. They were always friendly and helpful. They treated her very well.
Had 3 nurses return my call for the WRONG doctor, had no idea what they were returning my call about and then had the wrong prescription to pick up. That place is a complete mess of a nightmare. WOW.

The nurses are very friendly and helpful. They listen to ur questions and if they know the answer they will tell u, otherwise they will tell the doc. The lobby for the most part is very clean. You get in and out in a timely manner.

Security personnel lack any sort of people skills. Their lack of identifying when asked is abhorrent and quite frankly concerning. Their misuse of the 911 emergency line is also troublesome.
