Horrible Horrible testing company! I took a test on Dec 29 at my pharmacy who sent the test to this company and 7 days later still no results. This is disgusting!
They are awesome! They deliver the results on time! Their staffs are knowledgeable and highly responsive. You reach out to them by email or phone you get very quick response from them. Amazing team!! Really appreciate the great work during this hard times!!
Two test later no results nobody answers the phone and I depended on the results for traveling. No record of even testing me

PCR test in Bordentown at Mast Pharmacy. 6 days later, my husband, who tested right after me, got his test. I’m still waiting going on day 8. Ridiculous.
We had covid testing completed and 8 days later, we are still waiting for the results. I called again today and they indicated that the test is still being processed. This is totally unacceptable.
Just horrific, if I can give these people 0 stars I Would’ve. It’s been about 6 days and nothing ! Can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone because they purposely send you to voicemail. Unbelievable that at a time like this you can’t even trust anyone in the medical field. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !

Don’t get your covid test done here.. after waiting for 40 Hours- we got results as neither positive or negative.. They should take samples properly and do it properly. We wasted 100$ and flight tickets cancellation because of their lousy job. On top of it, their customer service is pathetic.. They are not willing to help

Their turnaround time for my COVID test needed for air travel was better than expected. The customer service was superb. Their staff were very friendly. A minor issue I had with the test report was resolved quickly. Overall, my experience of using their service for COVID testing was very satisfactory.
Rating based on my experience on RTPCR testing, delivered my samples at differx pharmacy and I got my report ~24hrs and proper communication was done with having the test result in SMS. I wish they could have considered the insurance to cover the testing, since they don’t and charged money which is why I am rating 3/5.
