Internet is horrible!! It is so slow I can’t even stream Netflix. I live in town and unable to get fiber optic internet, yet they have it in Webster. Big mistake! I wish I would of gone with starwire.
Been waiting for 3 months to have line run to house definitely will look for other options and go with that tierd of poor service and unreliable people running this company, they need competion from companies in the cities so they can end their service all together.
Would give only one start but can’t judge internet service since it has been 6weeks and we are not even hooked up yet!!!! Who is this contractor” they say we are waiting for….why aren’t they the “contractor”..,. An I paying a middle man???? Not impressed so far.
Internet is unreliable. And there price are to high for the unreliable internet. Customer service is very poor. If you don’t have to don’t go with there service. Im looking into other internet providers

WiFi cuts out frequently and it cuts off your programs when watching them ,daily,streaming is not consistent at all,disappointed since I was told by the reps that there would be no issues ,I cannot stream hulu,netflix,prime video or any others without issues everytime,,

I always get friendly customer service when I go in or call during business hrs. My service is pretty reliable, I only get hiccups on it once in a while and I just wait for a bit and it comes back up. I use their internet.
