The internet is very spotty. Goes out constantly and when it is up very weak. If your child takes class work online you better find another company because as soon as your child sits down for work it’s sure to go out.
Awful customer service, their hours are 9 to 5 yet he closes the phones at 3 now i have to wait until monday to talk to someone. Not to mention you get 16 mbps down at 51$ a month. Trash
They are a liberal run internet provider and are proponents of the “cancel culture”. They have dropped Newsmax in effort to try to suppress their freedom of speech. Find another cable company and send these constitutional violators a message.
