This company is apparently severely understaffed. They don’t show up when they say they will. They always take your information down and say I’ll give you a call back and then they don’t. They appear to care over the phone but don’t be fooled …..that’s the extent of the care.

Fast, friendly and responsive- during a snowstorm no less! We were in an emergency situation (that was no fault of SJ) and they had us up and running within 2 hours of the first phone call, turning a stressful day into a fun one. The owner, fuel delivery driver and boiler technician were all extremely nice. Highly recommend!
