I went there after calling 4/5 and on my way there I was still trying to contact them and when I get there.
Teller was sitting there doing nothing and then she had the nerve to tell me that they have been answering calls all day.
Neither organized, or able to provide a secure way to pay a bill online. Apparently I am not the only one complaining. They must used Southwest as their example.
SJWD repeatedly posts payments late and then charges a late fee to customers. There appears IMO that there are no controls over their payment posting staff!!
Told to boil water because of contamination. Been waiting for info on when we can use the water again. I was told it would be communicated through the news or on website. No information on either.

Ever since moving to SC I have had to deal with this company for water. They are by far the worst utility company I have ever dealt with; non communicative and hard to deal with.
Why is my water brown? Is there something you are not informing your customers about? Clothes are ruined from laundry and have to refrain from use until some information is sent on quality.
We were set up on autopay. I even wrote down the date I set it up on our bill. They turned out water off at 4:30 when they closed and we have 2 small children. Never once did they call or notify us. We thought it was being paid.

We’ve emailed and called multiple times, phones get disconnected or they just don’t answer the phone!! We’ve been waiting on a bill or for them to tell us our account number to pay the bill! Maybe they need to hire people that can actually run their business.
This is the worst freakin company on the planet. We could definitely use some competition in the area. They claim to understand the importance of keeping the hold time down by not answering their phones or voicemails. This company makes me say words that I despise saying.
