They used to be good but now there like the rest keep raise their prices and internet equipment is junk especially their outdated routers.just like right now i am on my phone hotspot to type this.i haven’t had internet all day my landline phone not even connected good thing for Verizon if i had emergency skt you really gone down hill.
I couldn’t be happier with SKT’s customer service. Everyone from Jackie to Michelle to Cole to Kathy was professional and competent in solving my streaming issues.
Horrible, I didn’t just hate it, I’m trapped with it. If you want your internet to go down every 1 to 2 weeks this is the best thing for you. Absolutely horrible. It goes down from 30 seconds to 5 minutes all the way to 4 hours. I call them and they never gave a call back after I gave the number and address. Should report them to the BBB
So my wife calls the SKT office to see if the guy asking to get into our back yard really works for them. The lady on the phone was very rude and nasty. In my wife’s words “She was a crotchety old lady” With people posing as cable people you would think that the SKT people would want to have costumer being safe.
