Terrible service . They called me for a follow up appointment, and we scheduled it at the Monroe location which is clearly the closest to the address they have on file for me . I show up for my appointment, then tell me that I am scheduled in Dearborn Indiana… an hour away . What a huge waste of time .

After my initial visit, SMI accommodated being able to do a telemed visit to receive my sleep study results. They got me in as soon as possible and were very prompt in responses. Amanda explained every question I had thoroughly and was a wonderful provider. I will be recommending SMI to friends and family.

Every single appointment I have made (4) they call me to reschedule. Their billing works on 2 sides, one the medical side and the other is equipment side. Constant phone calls to pay a bill then I pay it and they call and say I owe more because it’s 2 different sides instead of combining it together.

Dr. Corser has provided me with excellent treatment of two sleeping conditions for over fifteen years in which time I have had very few complaints.
Dr Corser and his staff do a great job of communicating with patients and answering questions. Always friendly and prompt.
