They are horrible, never want to help, never answer the phones, and are just rude.
The answer desk is not helpful at all. They did not have answers to any of my basic questions and tried to reroute my call to another department as soon as possible. The man that I just spoke with hung up on me after I waited on hold for 30 minutes. Very unprofessional.
The staff took a look at my business, and told me exactly what I needed to do to move forward. They provided me with 2 very helpful mentors and a lawyer. I look forward to working with them more in the future!
Bunch of lazy people. Takes forever to get a reconsideration Loan. The customer service reps are terrible ask for supervisor or tier 2 rep. Shame on the SBA!

I’ve been waiting over 11 months for EIDL, they wont tell my why it is taking so long. No one responds to multiple emails and phone support refuses to escalate to a tier 2 person to look it over. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m sure all of the non-tax paying churches that received PPP/EIDL love you though.
