Not much to complain about, there’s really only two companies to go with out here where i live and i’ve never witnessed the wifi go down ever. I stream sports sometimes and play video games and rarelyy have lag or problems. Great service they’ve came through a ton!

This internet was less reliable then our DSL for 4x as much. WAY overpriced for such poor quality. They charged hundreds to install, and then after they provided unacceptable service they charged to disconnect. This should be criminal.

The service was good until it wasn’t. Then they wanted me to pay for a tree climber to fix a problem they had already identified as being an issue on there end. When I canceled mu service they charged me to take down the equipment they refused to repair. I switched to Starlink and could not be happier.
