  6. Not much to complain about, there’s really only two companies to go with out here where i live and i’ve never witnessed the wifi go down ever. I stream sports sometimes and play video games and rarelyy have lag or problems. Great service they’ve came through a ton!

  22. The service was good until it wasn’t. Then they wanted me to pay for a tree climber to fix a problem they had already identified as being an issue on there end. When I canceled mu service they charged me to take down the equipment they refused to repair. I switched to Starlink and could not be happier.
