Poor customer service, as the loan rate changed suddenly to a higher rate. I was encouraged to keep the account open after I paid the loan. They used the money to extract monthly fees until the account was empty. I have since taken all of my banking business elsewhere.
Kayla and Jessica were so helpful I was able to open three accounts and get some very helpful information to refinance my car mid February. Two of the most patient people I have ever worked with.
