Misleading websites. On their website they said they are accepting Health Choice Arizona but when calling to make an appointment, they said they do not take Health Choice Arizona!!
I would have given a 5 but being required to be at the facility is too long because I’ve never been taken early and I have to pay a caregiver by the hour and it’s expensive
Don’t go here! They will not try to find the cause of your pain, they guess and then operate. If it doesn’t work they give up! This is a patchwork place they don’t investigate to find a solution. I am actually in more pain than when I started with them!
I’ve waited 3 weeks to even get a call to schedule a procedure. It takes 5 minutes to schedule something so I’m not sure what the delay is. I’ve tried calling and leaving voicemails and no one ever gets back to me . Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a busy person and can’t keep calling them all of the time

The woman I saw didn’t listen, she actually couldn’t repeat back to me what I told her. Given my symptoms and her stating I shouldn’t be experiencing this symptoms with the problems in spine, she really should have thought about allergic reactions to corticosteroids and glucocorticosteroids.

Dr Jason Datta and Jamie along with all the staff in the Tempe office have been amazing. They are confident, kind, patient, and really listen to the patient. I feel comfortable knowing they are a team for me.
